Lila Karapostoli is the co-owner of the "Cooking Courses", the innovative school specializing in fast-paced cooking and confectionery education.
Her course from the beginning seemed predetermined ... The music defined her initially, giving the rhythm to her steps. Steps that moved from the "classical" studies of Sociology, to the rock dynamism of marketing, to risky entrepreneurship, to end up through inexhaustible jazz improvisations in catering and gastronomy.
The experience she gained inside and outside the professional kitchens, her acquaintance with famous three-star Chefs and the numerous gastronomic trips, ensured her excellent knowledge of the area. Her articles have been published in several gastronomic and industry magazines. In addition, she was the editor-in-chief of the White Guide Elegance of Eleftherotypia and the Biblos of Cooking. Her book "Traditional Tastes of the Aegean" was awarded as the best gastronomy book by a Greek author from the Gourmet Awards.
He has specialized in entrepreneurship studies from MIT and has attended numerous gastronomy and catering programs and seminars around the world.
