This is George Pittas's 8th book on gastronomy in which the writer takes a thorough look into the Greek food culture. Tourism destinations, places, landscapes, vineyards, products, producers, delicacies, wines and spirits, emblematic figures of gastronomy and winemaking, producers, restaurants, taverns, cafes, public markets, gastronomic events, festivals and traditions, the concentration, of what the author recorded, in his attempt to discover the authentic Greece.
