Bearing the aroma of a greek summer in a jar, our homemade marmalades are made from Kimi figs and black figs. The sole added ingredients are sugar and fresh lemon juice, the latter giving it a tone but, basically, serving as a natural – its one and only – preservative. Fig marmalade is known for its concentration of soluble fiber never losing the properties of the fresh fig! It helps dissolve sugars and is recommended as a perfect natural laxative. Having earned their presence on your breakfast slice of freshly-baked bread, our marmalades deliciously pair with a variety of yellow cheeses.
