Oak honey from the forests of Vardoussia is one of the richest honeys in Greek nature, thanks to its high concentrations of minerals and polyphenols.

Color: Dark brown to almost black.

Taste: Rich, with notes of caramel and an earthy feel.

Crystallization: Extremely slow (up to 3 years).

Properties: Known for its antioxidant activity and high content of trace elements. Ideal for relieving joint pain and inflammation. It enhances heart protection and improves blood circulation.
