Goat Cheese Mastelo®

It is made from full fat goat milk.

The mountainous region of Chios provides free ranging herds with a huge variety of grass & wild herbs that are unique to the area, the aroma of which is evident in the milk they produce and this rich biodiversity that gives our goat cheese its distinctive flavor.

It accompanies dinner as table cheese and it is an excellent ingredient for novel recipes.

It’s an especially tasty cheese, great in everything from salads to skewers and sandwiches. Taste it into a sandwich with tomato, cucumber, oregano a bit of extra virgin olive oil and olives, where the substantial cheese provides a filling, salty base for the fresh vegetables.
