Adding einkorn, spelt and oats to get as much body as possible and constrasting with huge hops additions at whirlpool 75C, one DH addition in the fermentation and then a Double Dry Hop addition during late and after fermentation we created this Tiny Hop Monster!
HBC 630 provides a beautiful sweet and stoned fruit aroma basis for Talus to take over with notes of tropical fruits. The taste is balanced and able to quenche your thirst even if you live in the hottest place in earth and the bitter aftertaste make you crave for another sip!
