This extra virgin olive oil shows the character of our priceless variety.
Our olives are harvested at the end of September-beginning of October before they are fully ripe so as to retain their emerald green colour as well as their complex aromatic profile which is the distinguishing characteristic of the Patrini variety (a.k.a Koutsourelia).
Our olive fields are located at 400m altitude and the local microclimate contributes to the unique characteristics of the olives as far as the freshness and the intensity of the aromas and flavours are concerned.
