calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, and copper, which are present in substantial concentrations. Our production 

occurs in April, August, or October, specifically from Thasos Island or Chalkidiki. This type of honey crystallizes 

gradually, as it falls under the category of honey derived from honeydew. It has received accolades at the Great 

Taste Awards on five occasions.
