The Fysseki family’s story with spirits begins in Preveza in 1969, when Theodoros Fysseki started producing ouzo.

After 35 years of tradition, experience, and dedication, the company was passed down to his son, Thomas, who inherited the family’s passion and love for distillates. He expanded the company’s operations to include the production and bottling of tsipouro and established new facilities, ensuring the highest quality in every product.
