The microbrewery of Boeotia -iama brewery- is our desire to express our flavors through a product, beer, which can perfectly stand next to a gastronomic dish as well as on its own.  

We believe in our fresh brewed products, as we do not employ any filtering or pasteurization practices, thus achieving beers that are fuller in taste, aroma and enjoyment.
