The winery - bottling plant "Winery Stavaris CAVO D'ORO" is located in the area of Agios Simeon (Livadiza - Vitali). 
With traditional and environmentally friendly practices, it cultivates in Agios Simeon and Palistutopi vineyards, owned by the Stavaris family for more than a century, having obtained a Vineyard Register since 1990.
The winery - bottling plant "Winery STAVARIS CAVO D'ORO" bottles and sells to the public the local varieties Muscat White, Potamisi White, Roditis Rose and Aedani Black.
