From the production to the standardization of two unique products that come from the beautiful island of Paros to highlight the primary sector and their uniqueness. The extra virgin olive oil { Paroil }is produced from the variety "Koroneiki", cultivated by our family for decades, with modern techniques in order to achieve the high standards we have set for the quality of our products.During the harvest period (October) the fruit of the olive tree (green olive oil) is pressed on the same day so that the olive oil is high in polyphenols, fruity aromatic and spicy in taste at the same time its low acidity. Our thyme honey is collected during the summer period which is the flowering season of thyme that exists in abundance on the beautiful island of Paros. Thyme honey is considered one of the top plants for beekeeping as it gives a highly aromatic honey with great nutritional value.Thyme is a shrub of small height (up to 30 cm), with erect shoots, extremely hardy that emits a very pleasant aroma. It is a perennial plant that tolerates drought and grows on barren and stony soils.
