The idea was simple - to recall the taste that took me back to my childhood, the odd bittersweet bitter-sweet doughy fruits I used to taste at my aunts and grandmothers.. I came to this material purely by chance when an ad asked for Fine Arts graduates for 3D figures from a well-known confectionery... So I got into the business, I worked with sugarpaste but the nutritional quality, texture and taste of Marzipan won me over! Later I tried to improve the taste with variations on already prepared dough, but the real changes only happen when you have complete control over the product... I decided to learn the art starting from the basics with pure ingredients , without additional substances and taste improvers.Using top quality almond, minimal sugar, rose water and organic almond extract, I experimented for over half a year with German recipes, and I like mine better!
