NoWith organic cultivation in its vineyards, the Tokali family, now in its third generation, uses exclusively grapes from them for the production of wines and Thessalian tsipouro, with and without anise. The entire production quantity of its spirits is double distilled. The company was founded in 2004 in Magnesia (Nea Aghialos ) and its current building facilities reach 1,100 square meters,, in the middle of her vineyard. However, the origin of the family is from the old Aghialo (present-day Pomorie) in Eastern Rumilia (present-day Bulgaria), an area whose inhabitants had a traditional and deep knowledge of viticulture and, in fact, were mainly engaged in it.
