We own a small family business, producing traditional dried

pasta in Trikala, Thessaly since 1983.We have continued our

grandfather’s lifework, combining nature’s purest ingredients

of our land while taking the initiative to create new recipes

with new flavors.

In our traditional products we use fresh eggs and milk. We add

the very best flour and semolina.

Mediterranean diet is worldwide famous for its benefits for our

health. That is why we included Mediterranean flavors in our

dried pasta and soups.

We combine a variety of vegetables for our products in other to

offer delicious and ready to cook meals.
