Fully dedicated to traditional Rhodian beekeeping, we are the third generation of our family producing pure Rhodian honey. The rich forests of our island, as well as spontaneous natural growth, allow us to produce honey of high biological and nutritional value, distinguished by its aroma and rich taste. Nikos, a professor of English and German languages, inherited his unique love for bees and their world from his father (also a beekeeper). Together with his wife, Maria, he created our beekeeping unit and lab in the village of Archipolis on Rhodos island. Areti, a graduate of the faculty of Agriculture of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, continues to take care of the unit and the bees with plenty of love and dedication, producing honey and bee byproducts such as bee pollen, propolis, royal jelly and beeswax.
