Zariphico is extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality and exquisite taste, with a long aftertaste, medium intensity, fruity with herbal and peppery aromas. It has a protected designation of origin "Sitia Lasithiou Kritis PDO" and comes from our family olive groves, which we maintain in the natural geopark of Sitia. Applying sustainable practices moving in the Permaculture ideology, our purpose is for man to co-exist and cooperate with nature. This is a sustainable way of life, so that we do not borrow from the future, but ensure the sustainability of natural resources for future generations.
