The ‘Authentic from Trikala’ company was founded in 2003 by Apostolos Skabardonis. The company is located in Filyra, Trikala, right under Mount Koziakas, known in ancient times as Mount Kerketio. Our facilities have been built according to European standards, with ICO and HACCP certifications.
While we utilize modern production methods for our products, we have taken great care to not alter or diminish the traditional character and flavour of our products.

In the production process our company utilizes state of the art equipment, which aim to maintain the  product’s traditional character.
High quality domestic meat is being used, along with fresh herbs gathered at the mount Koziakas, leaks and onions that are grown in the area are also included in our homade recipes.
The products have been greatly appreciated by the customers, giving us the chance to not only introduce them locally, but also across the country and even export them to Europe; thereby, succeeding in building a market-leading position.
