My name is Vassilis Karatsikis, I was born and I live in one of the most beautiful and pristine places, Karpenisi, in Evritania. I have always had a special love for my place and a deep appreciation for the nature and the wild beauty that it offers us. My life as a child is connected with nature and the activities within it. I am a beekeeper and I practice nomadic beekeeping, that is, I move my bee colonies from region to region depending on the flowers. In recent years I have been handling my beehives with the principles of organic beekeeping, always aware of the environment and my products have been certified organically!
