With great care and love we culture our possessions in North Evia applying the rules of organic farming. We produce figs, olives, quinces that are of excellent quality, tasty and healthy.

By taking health and safety measures carefully, we process our products in our laboratory and we have on the market in high style and at affordable prices.

The figs are dried naturally in the domain. Then they are packed sorted by size, washed with warm water (not hot), packed in special bags for food and vacuum sealed airtight.

We prepare Pasteli Figs (in vacuum bags) with figs in nine different flavors depending on the ingredients:

Sykomelo of dried figs and water, very nutritious, rich in iron with special and delicate flavor , ideal for salads ,beverages , sauces for gourmet dishes !

Olives, varieties Kalamon and Amfissis, are cured naturally and then they are placed in jars or air-tight bags vacuum in brine (250 gr.) or without brine (air-tight bags vacuum 250 gr.). We also make olive paste with a smooth or a spicy flavor.

We make sweets and jams with fruitsof our land.
