With a year of initial establishment in 1949, in Preveza , our company is active since then and without interruption in the field of production and marketing, operating as a handicraft with family and traditional character. In privately owned facilities (among them the oldest operating ambush in Epirus) and in compliance with all the rules, it produces its products, with the authentic, old recipe and with the use of pure ingredients, so as to ensure all the traditional characteristics and the highest possible quality.
