Around 1960, grandmother Eleftheria started making savory and sweet rusks in the home wood oven and selling them around the village, to supplement the agricultural income of her large family.
From 1974 the baton was taken over by the parents of the current owners, Vangelio and Giannis.

Today, Nikos has taken over the commercial part (packaging, sales, communication) and Lefteris and Kyriakos - the first with studies in cooking - the preparation of the bakeries.

The old household wood oven is still burning, while the increased demand pushed them to create a modern workshop.
