Η αγάπη μας για τη φύση, για έναν αυθεντικότερο τρόπο ζωής και για τα φυσικά προϊόντα μας οδήγησε στο γραφικό χωριό της Αρχαίας Επιδαύρου.
Με υπομονή και επιμονή, με έμπνευση και όραμα για το πολύτιμο προϊόν της κυψέλης, ΤΟ ΜΕΛΙ, δημιουργήσαμε στην Αρχαία Επίδαυρο μια μικρή μελισσοκομική μονάδα, τη Melissafarm.
Η Επιδαύρια γη, πλούσια σε χλωρίδα, μας προσφέρει απλόχερα την πρώτη ύλη : εσπεριδοειδή, άγριες λεβάντες, θυμάρι, θρούμπι, φασκόμηλο, πεύκα και χαρουπιές.
Εδώ, στην πλούσια γη της Πελοποννήσου παράγουμε όλα μας τα μέλια: Πορτοκαλιάς, Ανθέων, Θυμαριού, Πεύκου, Ερείκης, Καστανιάς, Ελάτης, Χαρουπιάς καθώς και ανοιξιάτικη πολυανθική γύρη, πρόπολη και βασιλικό πολτό. Επιπλέον με βάση το αγνό μας μέλι, δημιουργήσαμε αλείμματα Φουντουκιού, Αμυγδάλου, βιολογικού Ταχινιού, Φιστικοβούτυρου και Φιστικιού Αιγίνης (διεθνές βραβείο GREAT TASTE AWARDS 2020) και Crème de Miel. Όλα υψηλής διατροφικής αξίας χωρίς συντηρητικά, πρόσθετα κι αρώματα.
Παράλληλα καλλιεργούμε βότανα και δημιουργούμε συνδυασμούς βοτάνων για αφεψήματα.
Διαθέτουμε τέλος έναν μικρό ελαιώνα, και με το λάδι ελιάς του, παράγουμε υψηλής ποιότητας σαπούνια φυσικών υλικών.
Όραμά μας αποτελεί να δημιουργούμε εξαιρετικά αγνά προϊόντα ως προς την ποιότητά τους από τον πολύτιμο κόσμο της μέλισσας.
Από τον Ιανουάριο του 2021 είμαστε σε καθεστώς ένταξης στην βιολογική γεωργία.
