In the northern part of Greece, we cultivate the local Makri olive variety for more than four generations in our traditional olive grove on Konos Hill. We apply proper cultivation practices for our trees and environmentally friendly.
During the last years we have the advantage of “cold extraction method” for our olive fruits with a modern two-phase olive mill inside our estate. A few hours after the olive harvest the extra virgin olive oil flows effortlessly.
