The company Melisyros operates in the Cyclades and specifically in Syros. It was inspired by the producer Skordilis Gerasimos and was created with the help of his gamily in 2019 after ten years of experience and action in the field of beekeeping and bee products.

Our products are of limited production and excellent quality, having received the highest distinctions in international and Panhellenic honey competitions winning two platinum awards for the thyme honey of Syros, with the extremely high content of thyme pollen grains that reaches up to 90%, and a gold award for the sage honey.

During autumn we travel to the island of Tinos, transferring to the mountains a part of our beehives to collect the most important flowering of the season the heather honey.

We also produce polyfloral (multi-flowered) pollen, the richest natural food in proteins, vitamins and amino acids.
