LYDIA GIDARIAs we want to continue the beautiful Greek Tradition and introduce it to our new generations, we produce a completely handmade traditional product, dough and crust for pies and desserts, and they are made as our grandmothers made them, rolled with a rod. In addition to the excellent quality of our products, our priority is a Healthy Consumer Nutrition. Our products are produced using extra virgin olive oil and there is also a wide variety of organic and whole grain products.
