Our products are not produced by factories but from people that continue a long time heritage of Epirus, a region of Greece with a rich living history. The wild mountain areas along with the peaceful maritime regions lead to a unique temperament and culture passed to the gastronomy heritage reflected to these excellences.
The Epirus region combines mountains ranges and long coasts which create a unique ground for growing herbs uncultivated and browsing sheep and goats. Along with the combination of sunny periods alternating with heavy rainfalls, the flavors created are so rich and so skillfully mixed that there is no need for big quantities to fulfill the appetite or putting additives to enhance the flavors. Our products are all natural from the highest quality ingredients without preservatives, additives or artificial colorings.
