FRESH TROUT
The rainbow trout, so called because of the many colored spots on its skin, is the most important species in European freshwater aquaculture. The rainbow trout, which originates from the Pacific coast of the United States, was introduced to Europe in the late 19th century. Very quickly it proved, thanks to its durability and rapid growth, particularly suitable for breeding. The rainbow trout is currently farmed in almost all European countries. In our country it has been cultivated for many years and for this reason it is a well-known and favorite fish for locals and visitors.
In our unit, due to the purity and low temperature of the water, the certified feeds and the cleanliness of the tanks, we have achieved high production quality and especially genetic fish.
